<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably supply scooped toner to a toner supply roller by actively eliminating permanent distortion (deformation load) of a conveyance sheet caused by stored toner when the conveyance sheet is stopped under a high temperature environment for a long time. <P>SOLUTION: The stopped position of a stirring member 57 is detected by a sensor or the like. When the stopped position of the stirring member 57 is not appropriate, the stir member 57 is rotated according to the output of the photo-sensor, and then moved to and stopped in the position where deformation load of the conveyance sheet 58 is less.
