PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder valve reduced in generation of noises when feeding water, and to provide a water supply device. SOLUTION: This cylinder valve is formed by fitting a valve element having one or a plurality of openings in a side surface thereof in a valve guide having one or a plurality of openings in a side surface thereof, and the valve element is rotated by rotating an operation part connected to the valve element to overlap the openings of the valve element with the openings of the valve guide or to displace them from each other to pass/cut water. In this cylinder valve, a rectifying means is provided in, at least, one opening of the valve element, and a rectifying means is provided in, at least, one opening of the valve guide.
