PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the occurrence of vibration and impact noises resulting from the impact of the female screw member against a rotation stop part occurring when the rotation of a rotor is reversed. SOLUTION: One groove side face 18G of a rotation detent recessed groove 18D at the outer periphery of the female screw member 18 is pre-pressed against the one side face 21B of the rotation detent band-like part 21A of a guide member by a plate spring 34. Thus, when the rotation of the rotor is reversed, the other groove side face 18H of the rotation detent recessed groove 18D is prevented from being impacted against the other side face 21C of the rotation detent band-like part 21A, and one groove side face 18G of the rotation detent recessed groove 18D is prevented from being impacted against one side face 21B of the rotation detent band-like part 21A.
