PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a signal detection circuit of an electrostatic floating type gyro which suits for turning the electrostatic type gyro to be small sized. SOLUTION: A signal for displacement detection is impressed to electrodes 38, 48 for displacement detection in a state of voltage signal V0 of a triangular wave, and split, when it is transmitted to a plurality of control electrodes 31 to 37 and 41 to 47 by way of a gyro rotor 10. It is to be detected by currents i1 to i12 with current mirrors 64a and 64b put in supply cable of each output step circuit 54, when it has reached the output side of the corresponding output step circuit 54. In this manner, detected signal of a proper level is obtained easily, even with reduction in the electrode capacity.
