<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly precisely elucidate problems and excellent points of a project. <P>SOLUTION: A project evaluation system is constituted of a process plan database 1, an actual result information database 2, a predictive model database 3, a predictive value calculating device 4, a project evaluation device 5 and an evaluation result display device 6.
