PURPOSE: A driving circuit of an LCD is provided to output an analog signal having a uniform gray scale voltage by including each switch resistance an upper decoder and a lower decoder into a resistance of a resistor string unit. CONSTITUTION: A driving circuit of an LCD includes an LCD, a gamma reference voltage unit, a gate driver, and a data driver. The data driver includes an MSB decoder, a resistor string unit, and an LSB decoder, The MSB decoder(51,52) is used for selecting an upper reference voltage and a lower reference voltage from output voltages of the gamma reference voltage unit. The resistor string unit(53) outputs plural gray scale voltages from plural resistor units by using an internal switching resistance of the MSB decoder as one unit of resistance. The LSB decoder(55) is used for outputting selectively one of plural gray scale voltages separated from the resistor string unit as the data signal by using the data signal.
