PURPOSE: Provided is a composite mirror suitable for a window of a building, a sky light, a sun visor mirror of a car, interior and exterior decoration of a building, etc., which is manufactured in a simple and economical manner. CONSTITUTION: The composite mirror comprises: a first panel(10) of a copper panel, SUS or iron plate having a high heat conductivity; a first PET or PP film(12) as a protective film for protecting the mirror surface; an aluminum mirror sheet(14) comprising PVD coated metal oxides and having a thickness of 0.1-1.0 mm; a first adhesive film or agent(16) for the adhesion between the mirror and PE or PVC during hot pressing; a PE or PVC sheet(18); a second adhesive film or agent(16'); a second mill finished aluminum sheet(20); a second PET or PP film(22) absorbing or reflecting externally irradiated lights; and a second panel(24) of a copper panel, SUS or iron plate having a high heat conductivity, wherein the iron plates, sheets and films are laminated in turn so as to protect the mirror surface.
