PURPOSE: A ventilation motor mount of a microwave oven used for a hood is provided to deform and mount a ventilation motor without a combining member as a screw by integrating the ventilation motor mount to the upper end of an out case of the microwave oven to be opened and closed. CONSTITUTION: A ventilation motor mount installed to an out case(100) of a microwave oven used for a hood has a rectangular exterior form and comprises two vent holes(140) for discharging the air. Three of four sides of the ventilation motor mount are separated from the out case and only one side has a connecting unit(152) connected with the out case. The connecting unit is separated on the straight line and formed with holes or slits. The ventilation motor mount is formed by processing a portion of an out case panel.
