PURPOSE: A system and a method for commonly distributing materials are provided to efficiently keep/manage/deliver a freight of a property owner by connecting a warehousing company and the property owner wanting the third person material distribution. CONSTITUTION: An operation server is a host computer. A data server stores the information for each property owner(200) and warehousing company(300) registered as a member, and the management data for each material kept in a warehouse. A switch hub switches the EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) data for making all connected station nodes perform communication through each communication channel at the same time. A firewall fundamentally blocks a connection request from a non-approved connector. A router manages the EDI data communication through an Internet network. An FDSU(Fractional Digital Service Unit) processes the long fast distance communication of the EDI data through the Internet network.
