PURPOSE: An output driver circuit of a semiconductor device is provided to reduce switching noise as operating at a high speed. CONSTITUTION: According to the output driver circuit of a semiconductor memory device to output internal data of the memory device into an external semiconductor memory device through an output port, an input buffer(100) receives the data. A number of data transfer buffers(200) are connected to the output of the input buffer through their input ports. A number of data drivers(300) are connected to the data transfer buffers respectively, in order to pull down or pull up the output port. And a data signal delay unit(400) is connected between the input buffer and the data transfer buffer, so that an output signal of the input buffer is transferred to the data transfer buffers at different timing.
