<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print system set in a public facility or a store for printing not the print of contents with advertisement but advertising data themselves whose appeal is high without charge on a user. <P>SOLUTION: This print system is provided with a means for reading digital watermark information when printing advertising data embedded with the digital watermark information, a means for specifying an advertiser by analyzing the read digital watermark information, a means for reducing charging to a user based on the specified advertiser and a means for charging the advertiser with a difference between normal charge and the reduced charged.
