PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upper mount 2 capable of adjusting car height at optional time without totally influencing upon performance of a suspension by using an existing car-loaded fluid device (for example, a hydraulic system) without using a fluid pressure mechanism such as a special air device, etc. SOLUTION: This upper mount 2 is constituted of a body side member 4 fixed on a body 8 and a suspension side member 6 fixed on (an upper end part 38 of) the suspension. The suspension side member 4 is mounted on the body side member 6 in a state of forming a closed space 28 between itself and the member 6, fluid through holes (oil through holes) 18, 18 are provided in the closed space 28 from outside on the body side member 6 and it is made possible to increase the car height by increasing an interval from the body side member 4 of the suspension side member 6 by supplying fluid to the closed space 28.
