PURPOSE: A carbon band for improving health is provided to continuously keep the effect of carbon, without loss, by attaching a carbon product to a desired part of a human body as an adhesive band by preparing carbon matters being a compressedly formed solid or powder to be placed at a predetermined part. CONSTITUTION: The carbon band for improving health comprises an adhesive band(10) with an adhesive side at one side to be coated with an adhesive layer(11); an other side(20) to be attached to the adhesive side; a coating processed carbon substance(30) being placed between the other side and the adhesive band to be connected with the adhesive side of the adhesive band and including a metal coating film on the surface. The carbon substance(30) is manufactured by slowly heating carbon powder temperatures of about 1300-2500deg.C after compressing and forming the carbon powder in a regular shape by using a pitch, a shape frame or other molding device.
