PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the cleaning efficiency of the interior of an insertion portion sheath tube by separating/arranging an operating rod and an ultrasonic probe in the interior. SOLUTION: In the ultrasonic driving device, a vibration transmission member 9 and an operating rod 50 are inserted into the insertion portion sheath tube 4, the inside of the insertion portion sheath tube 4 is covered with a covering member 61, and the vibration transmission members 9 in a plurality of positions that are the nodes of vibration are formed of a thick flange portion 9a. The flange portion 9a that becomes the nodes of vibration is made to internally contact the inside of the insertion portion sheath tube 4, whereby the vibration transmission members 9 are positioned and held in the insertion portion sheath tube 4.
