PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a furrow-forming machine having a turning mechanism of a furrow-forming work part so as not to form unplowed parts, capable of adjusting the offset amount of the furrow-forming work part irrespective to the size of a tractor tread width and improving a matching property with the tractor. SOLUTION: This furrow-forming machine is provided by installing a mounting frame for mounting to the tractor, a first transmission box transmitted from a tractor PTP shaft, a second transmission box hung at the lower part of the first transmission box and made as freely rotatable in horizontal direction, a supporting frame extended from the second transmission box in horizontal direction and the furrow-forming work part consisting of a soil-piling device and a furrow-forming device in front to rear direction as freely rotatable and making the furrow-forming work part as 180°horizontally rotatable. Further, a parallel link is constituted by installing a pair of link arms between the mounting frame and first transmission box, the horizontal directional offset amount of the furrow-forming work part can be adjusted as stepless by the elongation and contraction of an offset cylinder, and the amounts of the elongation and contraction can be remote-controlled with a controlling box arranged in the vicinity of the tractor seat.
