<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for adsorbing and removing dioxins in water which can remove the dioxins from a large volume of suspension water in which fly ash and carbon-based particles on which the dioxins are stuck are dispersed, together with the fly ash and the carbon-based particles in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: This method for adsorbing and removing the dioxins in water comprises a process for contacting dioxins-containing exhaust combustion gas with water to transfer and remove the dioxins into the water together with the fly ash and the carbon-based particles contained in the exhaust combustion gas, and a process for contacting the suspension water, in which the fly ash and the carbon-based particles are dispersed, with many polyolefin particles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
