PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form the surface of a sensing circuit which increases an occupancy rate and accelerates optical separation (optical intermodulation) between pixels. SOLUTION: A photo-electric detection equipment is equipped with the matrix for detection elements on insulating substrate (1). Each detector is equipped with a lamination which consists of a lower electrode (2), a photosensitive material layer (3) and an optically transparent upper electrode (4). The upper electrode is common to all detection elements, each lower electrode (2) is independently connected to the sensing circuit each other. Each lower electrode (2) is located on personalized insulating zone (6), higher than the insulating substrate (1). The upper electrode (4) is not even, and inserted between two contiguous zones (6), until it reaches the bottom height of the lower electrode. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
