BENT PRODUCT AND ITS BENDING METHOD, BENDING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bent product which has a small radius without cracks and wrinkles in the designed surface part where becomes an appearance design and to provide a bending method and a bending device which are suitable to this small radius bending.

SOLUTION: This product is a bent product which is composed of the designed surface part and an aluminum-alloy extruded shape having an rising part which is raised from the rear side of the designed surface part and one end of the designed surface part is an inside radius and the other end is an outside radius. The outside minimum radius bent part is the radius of <70 mm, the width of the designed surface part in the minimum radius part is≥10 mm and the thickness of the designed surface part is in the range of 1-5 mm.
