PURPOSE: Provided is an acryl emulsion adhesive composition containing an acryl-based resin and a polymer emulsifier, which has an excellent water resistance and a small time change. CONSTITUTION: The acryl emulsion adhesive composition contains the acryl-based resin and 4-40wt%(based on the weight of the acryl-based resin) of the polymer emulsifier. The acryl-based resin is a homopolymer or a copolymer produced from an acryl-based monomer having a glass transition temperature of -70 to -20deg.C, wherein the acryl-based monomer is methyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, octyl acrylate, ethyl hexyl acrylate, butyl methacrylate, acrylic acid, or methacrylic acid.
