PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure of a vehicle which can be easily laid and has a mat prevented from sinking partially and further has an improved appearance of a cabin of the vehicle. SOLUTION: A pair of holding parts 34 to protrude outwardly from both outer side surfaces 33b of a rear face duct 33a are formed in a position corresponding to the length from a vicinity of a lower end 21a of a center panel part 21 to a vicinity of a lower end 22a on the front side of a console box part 22 of the rear face duct 33a. These holding parts 34 are integrally molded when the rear face duct 33a is blow-molded. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
