PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the installation of a polishing cloth and to retain a normal installation state of the polishing cloth in a cloth type lift feeding/polishing device. SOLUTION: When installing the polishing cloth 21, this lift feeding/polishing device of Pachinko balls makes a cloth guide 31 for setting the polishing cloth in the normal position into a movable type capable of retreating/returning, so as to facilitate and normalize the installation work of the polishing cloth. As for the movable means, the guide member 35 is attached via a hinge 33 and the like to be slidable in a door opened state and to be retained in an immobile state via a guide member retaining means 37 when closing the door.
