PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive rubber composition having wet-heat-resistant adhesiveness equivalent to that of a rubber composition compounded with a resorcinol or an RF resin and having lower viscosity and more improved processability than the rubber composition. SOLUTION: The adhesive rubber composition is prepared by compounding 100 pts. mass rubber component with 1-10 pts. mass sulfur and 0.1-10 pts. mass compound represented by formula (I) (wherein n is an integer of 1-4; m is an integer of 0-4, provided that n m's are each independently an integer of 0-4 but at least one of n m's is not 0; (6-n) R<SP>1'</SP>s are each hydrogen, a 1-12C alkyl group, an alkoxy group, a carboxy group, or a halogen group; (m x n) R<SP>2'</SP>s are each a 1-12C alkylene group; and n R<SP>3'</SP>s are each hydrogen, a 1-6C alkyl group, an alkoxy group, or a halogen group).
