PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin pipe joint capable of providing excellent fire resistance without using flame retardant and manufacturable at lowest cost. SOLUTION: This fire-resistant resin pipe joint for abutting and connecting the same types of threaded tubes on and to each other is characterized in that the wall thickness of the crest parts of the waves of the pipe joint is thicker than that of the bottom part thereof. The fire-resistant pipe joint for abutting and connecting the same types of the threaded tubes on and to each other is characterized in that the outer resin layer of the pipe joint is formed such that the wall thickness of the crest parts of the waves is thicker than that of the bottom part thereof and a flame resistant water absorbing and swelling layer which swells when absorbs water is formed in the inner layer of the pipe joint.
