PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blind device which is easily and quickly transported and set, and contributes to reduction in transportation cost, packaging cost, setting cost, etc. SOLUTION: The blind device 1 is formed of vertical frames 2, 3, a pair of link mechanisms 6, 7, a slat bearing mechanism 10, slats 12, a lifting/lowering mechanism 13, a tilting mechanism 14, and a connecting means 19. Each of the vertical frames 2, 3 has vertical members 4, 5. The link mechanisms 6, 7 are provided for the vertical frames 2, 3, respectively. The slat bearing mechanism 10 has one end 8 connected to the link mechanism 6 and the other end 9 to the link mechanism 7, respectively. The slats 12 are borne by the slat bearing mechanism 10. The lifting/lowering mechanism 13 lifts/lowers the slats 12. The tilting mechanism 14 tilts the slats 12 when they are lifted/lowered.
