PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress increase in control equipment by multiplexing of control signals between a train and the control equipment in coping with rapid recovery of a schedule or the like when the number of the trains to be a control object is increased and troubles occur in an operation schedule in train operation control. SOLUTION: A train operation control system is provided with a base station 5 having a communication device to transmit signal types, base station number, and signal transmission time; a communication medium constituted of a rail 4 or wire 3; and a train 1 having a communication device 2 to transmit the received signal imparted with train number, train speed, and processing time taken before transmission of the signal after receiving of a signal transmitted from the base station 5 through the communication medium.
