A device (10) includes a cover (28) and a base (30). The base may define at least one compartment including an opening (34). The cover may be movable with respect to the base, in a generally hinge-like manner, between a closed position in which the cover covers the opening of the compartment and an open position in which access to the compartment is permitted. The device may be configured to limit the angular extent of generally hinge-like movement of the cover.
