<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance convenience for customers when a plurality of service functions are added to an IC card. <P>SOLUTION: A customer's operating terminal 100 uses an IC card 1 which a financial institution issues to execute services which a service provider other than the financial institution provides. When the IC card 1 is used at the customer's operating terminal 100, a card operating device 200 identifies the customer who owns the IC card 1, and when services are provided using the IC card 1, information on the contents of the services is stored in a customer information database 203 as customer information.
