PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decoration bulb in which short circuit of the connecting part in the surrounding of the connection part between the lead terminal of the electric bulb main body and a lead wire connected to the lead terminal is prevented, and which is good in workability and has a high insulation reliability. SOLUTION: The decoration bulb is constructed of a bulb body 10 having a plurality of lead terminals 11 connected respectively to the lead wires 31, an insulating member 20, which is a separate body from the insulating coating member 32 of the lead wires 31 arranged from the middle of the lead terminals 11 to the middle of the connection part with the lead wires 31 and insulates between them, and a coating member 40 that covers the connecting part 50 of the lead terminals 11 and the lead wires 31 together with the insulating member 20.
