The invention concerns a device for assembling at least two laminated glass panes (1, 2) consisting each of several individual rigid glass panes (1.1 to 1.4, 2.1 to 2.4) surface-assembled to one another with adhesive layers, and succeeding one another in an extending direction, partly overlapping one another in the adjacent edge zones projecting perpendicularly on the surfaces of the glass panes and assembled to one another in that overlapping zone (3) delimited on the side of the edge. The invention is characterized in that only part of the rigid glass panes, at least one individual glass pane (1.1, 1.2, 2.1, 2.2) of each laminated glass pane (1, 2) extends in the overlapping zone (3), thereby enabling a smooth continuous transition from one laminated glass pane to the next with a visual effect of extremely transparent pure glazing. |
