PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL panel with high airtightness between a sealing member and a substrate. SOLUTION: This organic EL panel 9 has the substrate 10, a laminated body 11 having at least a first electrode 13, a luminous layer 15a and a second electrode 16 which are laminated and formed on the substrate 10, and a sealing member 12 having an adhesive surface 12a glued on the substrate 10 with an adhesive G. The first electrode 13 has a display segment part 18 and a lead part 19 connected with the display segment part 18. In an area where at least the adhesive surface 12a and the lead part 19 are facing, the substrate 10 and the sealing member 12 are glued through an adhesive intermediate layer 21 formed between the adhesive G and the lead part 19.
