<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To narrow documents to be determined to be a spam or not, and efficiently extract a spam account on the basis of a simple feature.SOLUTION: The spam account extraction device 1 includes: a topic word collection section 11 for collecting topic words related to a specific topic in a service in which a document is submitted to a server on a network; a search section 12 for searching the submitted documents for a document including at least one topic word; a spam document determination section 14 that, when the topic word included in the document searched by the search section 12 is not related to the specific topic, determines the document to be a spam document; and a spam account determination section 15 for determining the account from which the spam document is submitted to be a spam account on the basis of the submission frequency of the spam document.</p> |
