PURPOSE: A method for fabricating key buttons is provided to make edge parts and upper surfaces of key buttons with different materials, and to process the upper surfaces where characters are marked in aphotic way while processing the edge parts in photic way, thereby increasing visibility. CONSTITUTION: A key button(102) is injected while being hung over a rib by disposing step difference surfaces(102a) in edge parts(S11). An entire surface of the injected key button(102) is deposited with a metal film(104) in vacuum deposition method(S12). A printed film(106) is formed on a top surface, where the metal film(104) is deposited, with silk printing method(S13). By selectively removing an upper surface of the key button(102) where the printed film(106) is formed, in laser marking method, characters(107) are made(S14). A transparent coating film(108) is formed in an upper part of the key button(102) where the characters(107) are marked, in UV coating method(S15).
