PURPOSE: A survey method using a real-time surveying system is provided to change the display direction of a map into the surveying visual line of a surveyor at real time, to input a survey date and the surveyor to the survey data as a basic property, and to immediately read and use the map by dividing and storing the map to the survey date. CONSTITUTION: A survey method using a real-time surveying system is composed of steps for retrieving an attribute table and a code definition file to a survey item corresponding to a survey facility from a database and examining mutual compatibility between attribute table and code definition structures(S101); deciding whether a point or a linear facility table by using the attribute table and code definition file and then displaying the correspondent table(S105); operating and connecting a pre-stored survey software to a land survey system or a GPS(Global positioning System) receiver and deciding and receiving reception conditions of the survey data(S107); searching necessary information from the survey data output received from the land survey system or the GPS receiver and classifying the information into position information(X,Y,X coordinates), an azimuth angle, an elevation angle, and a survey data(S109,S111,S113); additionally inputting the attribute information related to kinds, contents, and materials of the survey items by rotating the display direction of a numerical map of the survey data or performing an attribute information input window; and classifying a survey figure data based on the survey date and storing the data in the database(S115).
