PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque detection device to which a sensor is fitted accurately with a simple member constitution while restraining the assembly manhour and which can prevent the removal of the sensor by a user. SOLUTION: A pin 17 having positioning function based on the constitution a tip part of a conical shape or the like is forcibly inserted in a hole 13b of housing 13, thereby permanently fixing the sensor 14.
