PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that good yield is not obtained since a panel part for displaying a winning dividend table, etc., is produced for each model. SOLUTION: An upper display panel is constituted of an electric display device so as to change display contents. A panel display part includes: a transparent acrylic board being a protective cover; a liquid crystal display device as the electric display device; and a cold-cathode tube as a back light.
