<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print system constituted so as to contribute to the improvement of operability and a feeling of use, that is, the print system composed of a digital camera and a printer for printing images on the basis of image data received from the digital camera. <P>SOLUTION: In the print system, the digital camera 10 and the printer 60 provided with control means 13 and 22, respectively, are functionally connected. The digital camera is constituted so as to supply print object image data to the printer under control by its own control means, charge its own secondary battery by being supplied with power from a printer side and display states of pertinent functions including the state of the secondary battery at a display part 15. The printer performs the printing of the images on the basis of the image data supplied from a digital camera side under the control by its own control means and supplies the power to the digital camera side to charge the secondary battery.
