PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data communication apparatus, a communication terminal and a data communication program capable of expanding a range for performing communication as restricting communication terminals to which contents are transmitted. SOLUTION: The data communication apparatus is provided with a LAN communication part which communicates with a communication terminal connected with the LAN, a WAN (wide area network) communication part for communicating with a communication terminal connected with a WAN different from the LAN, a storage part which stores the contents, a storage part for storing random IDs of the communication terminal in response to a registration request from the communication terminal connected with the LAN, a decision means S32 for deciding that the random IDs to be received from a communication terminal connected with an external network by the WAN communication part are recorded and a transmitting/receiving means S39 which transmits the contents to which transmission is requested and receives the contents to which reception is requested on condition that the communication terminal is the one in which identification information is stored is decided by the decision means (YES in S32) when a transmitting request or a receiving request of the contents is received from the communication terminal connected with the external network by the WAN communication part (S31).
