摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal structure of a differential probe which is capable of bringing a pair of terminals 3 into contact with a part to be measured 12 by equal pressure, hardly picks up noise, and is capable of being freely adjusted in the interval between contact needle parts. SOLUTION: In the terminal structure of the differential probe, the terminals 3 are each insertion- and extraction-freely provided for a pair of insertion holes 2 formed at the tip of a differential probe body 1, and the tip of each terminal is bent. Each terminal 3 is constituted of both a cylindrical member 4 insertable into and extractable out of the insertion hole 2 and a needle-shaped body 5 of which a prescribed range is slidably housed inside the cylindrical member 4. The needle-shaped body 5 is energized by a spring so as to protrude from the cylindrical member 4 at all times, and the tip of the needle body 5 is bent. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
