PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paste material extruder capable of taking out a bag part without inserting a finger in the compressed bag part when the bag part is replaced after the paste material in the bag part is exhausted by the compression of the bag part. SOLUTION: A cylinder part 1 is loaded with the bag part 3 filled with the paste material 2 and the part, which faces to an opening on the front end side of the cylinder part 1, of the bag part 3 is opened while a cap part 4 having a nozzle 44 for discharging the paste material 2 is attached to the opening edge 1a on the front end side of the cylinder part 1 in a freely detachable manner. The bag part 3 is pressed to the front end side of the cylinder part 1 from the rear end side of the cylinder part 1 by a piston part 5 to discharge the paste material 2 from the nozzle 44. In the paste material extruder thus constituted, a notch 11 for permitting the insertion of the finger is formed to the opening edge 1a on the front end side of the cylinder part 1.
