PURPOSE: A loading compartment of a top vehicle with a height control device is provided to efficiently utilize the inner space of the loading compartment by improving the loading compartment and freely controlling the height of the loading compartment. CONSTITUTION: A loading compartment of a top vehicle with a height control device comprises an inner container body(1) one side of which is opened and a cover part(2). Guide grooves(11) and guides formed to the inner container body and the cover part are combined and slid. A roller is formed to the guide of the lower end of the cover part corresponding to the guide groove. Hydraulic cylinders(13,14) operating oppositely are formed to the center of the bottom surface of the inner container body. Pulleys for direction conversion are formed to extension lines of the guide grooves formed to the sides of the bottom surface of the inner container body. Pulleys(15,15') for direction conversion are formed to the sides of the hydraulic cylinders. A wire(3) is connected to the upper end of the guide of the cover part and the wire is connected to a rod(13') of the first hydraulic cylinder via a pulley(12) of the guide groove and via the pulleys for direction conversion of the lower part of the inner container body. A wire(4) is connected to the lower end of the guide of the cover part and the wire is connected to a rod(14') of the second hydraulic cylinder via the pulleys for direction conversion of the lower part of the inner container body.
