Press-button safety for rapid-fire guns

A fast-repeater rifle has a trigger sliding safety catch (1) with two operating lock-tips. The slide (1) is esp. made in whole or in part of plastic or fibre-strengthened plastic. The tips are made of metal. The tips are either pre-positioned in a mold prior to injection of the plastic, or bonded to the plastic after molding.
