PURPOSE: An oil cooler is provided to improve a fuel efficiency, an exchange cycle of oil and an NVH(Noise Vibration Harshness) by controlling an amount of oil according to a temperature of coolant. CONSTITUTION: An oil amount controller(15) is formed in inlets(21) of an element(11) to flow hot oil from an oil cooler cover to the element. The oil amount controller controls an amount of oil to be flowed to the element according to a temperature of coolant around the element. Thereby, the element of the oil cooler and the friction of a wet moving portion are reduced. Moreover, the oxidation of the oil is prevented by equally maintaining the temperature of the oil.
