PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a merchandise discharging device 14 for surely restraining the second or following merchandise 11 at the time of discharging merchandise, and surely discharging the merchandise 11 one by one. SOLUTION: At the time of discharging merchandise, a linked body 49 to which a lower operating shaft 47 and an upper operating shaft 48 are linked is moved from a lower merchandise discharge waiting position to an upper merchandise discharging position. Then, a lower latch 31 is moved from a restraint position to a restraint releasing position by the lower operating shaft 47 of the linked body 49 so that lowermost merchandise 11 can be discharged. An upper latch 41 is moved from the restraint releasing position to the restraint position by an upper operating shaft 48 of the linked body 49 so that the second or following merchandise 11 can be restrained. An intermediate position control part 59 or a merchandise discharge position control part 60 of a control body 54 is engaged with an ascending upper operating shaft 48. The upper latch 41 is controlled not to be pushed back to the restraint releasing position due to the load of the merchandise 11 by the control body 54 so that the second and following merchandise 11 can be surely restrained, and that the merchandise 11 can be surely discharged one by one.
