<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing soybean-curd comprising filling a single hermetic forming box with soybean milk and a coagulant followed by mixing under stirring and making a coagulation and a forming in the identical box, thus improving soybean-curd production efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing soybean-curd comprises the steps of positioning and setting one of a plurality of forming boxes 1 each with an openable top face on a working position on a table 2, hermetically closing the top face of the forming box 1 with a lid 4, charging soybean milk 25 via the lid 4 side into the box 1 so as to fill the box 1 with the soybean milk, injecting a coagulant 26 via the lid 4 side into the box 1, mixing and stirring the soybean milk 25 and the coagulant 26 with a stirrer 9 in the box 1, recovering the forming box 1 from the table 1 by detaching the lid 4 from the box 1, and removing the just produced soybean-curd after coagulated and formed from the box 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
