PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lottery game control program, server delivering game control program thereof and server and method for providing service issuing a coupon allowing a user to memorize the coupon as long as possible among flooding coupons and use it as long as possible.

SOLUTION: This method realizes by a computer a function for executing a lottery game in response to an incoming call inside a portable telephone set, a function for displaying a coupon picture on a display means of the portable telephone set based on coupon display data previously stored in a storage means inside the portable telephone set when the lottery result is successful, a function for defining a term of validity of the coupon picture, a function for executing a countdown display for the defined term of validity based on a timer means.
