PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a strain sensor on a flexible resin substrate of low heat resistance which is formed of a low-cost material without using a solder. SOLUTION: A resin substrate 1 which is flexible and has low heat resistance is provided with an electrode 2. A conductive adhesive 4 sticks to the electrode 2 of the resin substrate 1. An electrode 3A of a strain sensor 3 is bonded to the conductive adhesive 4 whose periphery is sealed with an insulating sealing resin 5. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
