INFORMATION PROVIDING SYSTEM, METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method of high security for providing advertisement information or the like to users appropriate for an advertiser and for enabling the users to acquire usable information.

SOLUTION: The system includes; an operation definition file 62 in which customers are grouped according to a trader's customer information to store the contents of operations matching each group; an answer classification file 64 in which the correspondence between answer code information for question information and the each group is stored; a user answer file 65 in which answer codes returned from users' terminals after the question information is sent to the users' terminals are stored in association with user identification information; and a user classification file 66 in which the user identification information is stored in association with the groups while the answer classification file 64 and the user answer file 65 are referred to. A means 49 is provided for extracting from the user classification file 66 the groups corresponding to the users to whom information is to be provided and for executing the contents of operations corresponding to the extracted groups while referring to the operation definition file 62.
