PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for reducing the load of user authentication work and suppress an increase in processing load in a proxy device or a device having an effect similar to that of the proxy device. SOLUTION: This relay device is interposed between a content server and a user terminal which accesses a content retained by the content server. This device has a registration means for storing, when personal information for the access to the content by the user of the user terminal is already registered in the content server according to a registration procedure using the other user terminal by the user, the registered personal information, and a reporting means for reporting the personal information stored in a storage means to the user terminal.
