PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an umbrella dewatering/water-repellent treatment device for surely performing the dewatering processing and the water-repellent treatment onto the umbrella with a simple structure. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an air blowout port and a water repellent agent blowout port faced to an outer face of the umbrella in an opened state, the water droplets on the umbrella are removed by the air from the air blowout port while rotating the umbrella, and the water repellent agent is sprayed from the water repellent agent blowout port to the outer face of the umbrella for the water repellent treatment.
