The control assembly according to the invention comprises a guiding assembly, a shaft for drive of the stopper, a motor presenting a rotary shaft, as well as means for converting the rotational movement of the motor into a movement of translation of the drive shaft. Means, particularly of bayonet type, are provided for the removable fixation of the motor on the movement converting means, with the result that the motor is adapted to present a position of engagement and a position of rest, the rotary shaft of the motor extending substantially in a principal direction of the drive shaft, in the position of engagement.
